We are in the midst of a paradigm shift — from me to we. To succeed, each of us must reprogramme our inner software, becoming more conscious of the habits, biases, and illusions that keep us trapped in the mind and ego. When we reconnect head and heart, we free ourselves and those around us.
And that’s where Belongingness comes in. The more we can be fully ourselves, the stronger we stand — and the more we can contribute to the collective. When, on the other hand, we cannot be who we are and have to tie ourselves in knots to fit in, we lose our power and naturally turn inwards for our own survival.

When I belong with me, then I can belong with you. Belongingness is the opposite of fitting-in. When you feel you belong, you are comfortable being who you are. By working continuously on Belongingness, you can reach your true potential.
